Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products, as we currently do not offer customization options.
Limited Warranty
Our products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use;
- Accidental damage or misuse;
- Alterations made to the product or damage caused by external factors.
If your product qualifies under our limited warranty, please contact us at info@battergrip.com to begin the evaluation process for replacement.
Returns Process
If your product qualifies for return or exchange under our policy, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@battergrip.com and include your order number and reason for your request.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Important: We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive at our shipping department.
