2. What makes BatterGrip's grips unique?
Batter Grip grips are crafted using natural rubber (Hevea Brasiliensis), contains latex, that provides superior comfort, durability, and grip compared to traditional materials. They are designed to help athletes focus on their game without worrying about slips or discomfort.

3. Why does the grip lose the shiny appearance?
Our grips are produced with a high quality natural rubber. They are coated in silicone to shine and preserve the rubber. After a few uses the grip will lose some of its shine, but maintain all of its functionality! The feel of the grip actually improves with each use!

4. Do you ship worldwide?

5. How does the shipping process work?
Shipping is handled through Shopify's system. FREE standard US shipping on orders $35 and up (5-8 business days). Paid shipping options are available for orders under $35. Rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes! You may return your BatterGrip products within 30 days of delivery for a refund under our 30-Day Swing-It Guarantee. To start a return, contact us at info@battergrip.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Friction vs. Tack?
BatterGrip is the only bat grip that uses friction instead of a tacky adhesive that wears off. Not only does this provide BETTER grip performance but it also allows our grips to outlast any other grip on the market.

11. Can I use BatterGrip over the other grip?
Yes! Applying BatterGrip over the regular grip will increase the thickness of the handle. Many players believe that thicker grip improve performance.

12. When do you recommend re-adjusting BatterGrip on the handle?
BatterGrip is elastic, not glued like tape — give it a quick 5-second re-seat every ~100 swings to keep it locked in.

13. How do I take care of my BatterGrip?
To maintain your BatterGrip, wash it with soap and water, then dry it with a towel and let it air dry before use.
