How to
Friction vs. Tack
BatterGrip is the only bat grip that uses friction instead of a tacky adhesive that wears off. Not only does this provide BETTER grip performance but it also allows our grips to outlast any other grip on the market.
Another advantage is that BatterGrip can be applied directly to a clean bat handle or even on top of an existing grip without sacrificing performance.
Applying BatterGrip to a bat is designed to be quick and simple.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to make it easy:
1. Prepare the Bat – Ensure the bat handle is clean and dry. If there’s an existing grip, remove it completely.
2. Unfold the BatterGrip – Take the grip out of the packaging and unfold it.
3. Start at the Top (Barrel to the bottom) – Place the narrow end of the BatterGrip at the bottom of the handle (near the knob) and begin wrapping it around.
4. Wrap Tightly & Evenly – Continue wrapping down the handle, overlapping the edges about 3/4 of the grip.
5. Secure the End – Once you reach the bottom, use the provided finishing tape to secure the grip in place.
6. Press & Set – Firmly press along the grip to ensure it adheres well before use.
No extra tools or adhesives are required, making it a hassle-free process!
